The WIZ System
Strength & Conditioning
Athletes are grouped by level, not age, and progressed on a plan that builds across seasons — not a workout of the day.
What the programming is built on
Strength & Conditioning
A foundation that builds season over season, not a workout of the day.
Speed & Power Development
Sprint, jump, and cutting mechanics coached the way pro programs teach them.
Sport Science Principles
Decisions driven by measurement, not guesswork.
Injury Reduction Strategies
Movement quality and load management that keep athletes on the floor.
Long-Term Athlete Development
A ladder from beginner to advanced that grows with your athlete.
